Artist, Linda Klippenstein

Live painting on Friday, April 17th

Linda draws her inspiration from the natural world and the relationships we have with our surroundings. In a time that often feels fast and chaotic, working directly from nature helps her to slow down and stay connected. Using oils and acrylics, she paints scenes from local forests and waterways, paying attention to light, texture, and movement and translating those details into something that feels true to the experience of being there. Colour plays a central role in her work and while some landscapes are more muted, most of her paintings are boldly colourful, with a particular love for wildflowers.
